Every item is made to order, it’s important to carefully review the details below before completing your purchase.
1. Check Your Details Carefully
Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order, including:

Spelling and wording (especially for customised pieces)

Shipping address (including postcode and flat number)
Once an order is placed, it moves quickly into production and cannot be amended. We are unable to change addresses, designs, sizes, or wording after checkout.
2. No Cancellations After Checkout
All Wordotco items are made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please only place your order when you are completely sure.
3. No Returns or Refunds
As all items are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect details entered at checkout

Size, colour, or framing preferences
This includes customised, personalised, sale, and promotional items.
4. When We Can Help
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo of the shipping label
-
Photos of the outer and inner packaging
-
At least 2 clear photos and one clear video of the issue

One photo showing the full product
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without all required images cannot be reviewed.
If approved, a replacement of the same item will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, re-shipping fees will apply.
